摘要
表面衰减全反射光谱 (ART)检测表明 ,经十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的长链烷基在聚氯乙烯表面的扩散、渗透和与肝素之间形成离子键后 ,肝素已固定在高分子材料表面 ,其生物活性表征结果证明 ,处理过的聚氯乙烯表面有抗凝血性 ,可显著延长血液在材料表面的凝固时间 ,抑制血栓形成 。
Through the diffusion and osmosis of long chain alkyl of cetyltrimethylaminium on the surface of PVC and after forming ionic bond with heparin,the ART spectra show that heparin has been immobilized onto the surface of macromolecular material.It's bio activity show that heparin coated surface of polyvinyl chloride can resist coagulation delaying obviously the coagulation of blood onto the surface and inhibit thrombosis,and it also has some bio compatibility.
