摘要
通过共沉淀法制备了不同组分的Cu Zn Al Cr催化剂 ,并采用热重法分析了催化剂的还原失重 ,由失重数据推算出 ,不同组成Cu Zn Al Cr催化剂还原后 ,CuO均还原为零价 ,Al2 O3 、ZnO未被还原 ,Cr则随引入时价态和催化剂组成的不同分别还原为 +4价和 +2价 .催化剂用于 1,4 丁二醇脱氢制γ 丁内酯的活性比较数据表明 ,Cu0 是活性中心 ,ZnO和CrO2
Cu Zn Al Cr catalysts of various components were prepared by the method of coprecipitation. Their reduction weight lose were analyzed by TG. It is ciphered out that CuO is reduced to zero valence, Al 2O 3 and ZnO remain their original valence, Cr is reduced to +4 or +2 valence along with the varieties of it's original valence and component. The catalytic activity of the catalysts for dehydrogenation 1,4 butanedial to γ butyrolactone was studied, the results show that the center of catalytic activity is on Cu 0 and both ZnO and CrO 2 promote obviously it's selectivity.
