摘要
随着复旦大学现代物理研究所对新的扫描质子微探针系统SPM (ScanningProtonMicroscopy)的引进和硬件系统建设的完成 ,根据该新扫描质子微探针系统所预期能够达到的实验条件 ,对STIM (ScanningTransmis sionIonMicroscopy)的物理机制进行了分析 ,基于相应的适合于复旦SPM系统的实验状况 。
Along with construction of the new Scanning Proton Microprobe (SPM)system at Fudan University,analytical techniques based on this system have been developed.One of the most important techniques is Scanning Transmission Ion Microscopy (STIM) and STIM Computer Tomography(CT).Based on the experimental conditions of the new SPM system,a computer simulation model of STIM is reported.
