摘要
提出一种由三坐标测量机、PH10回转体和激光三角测头组成的自由曲面非接触测量系统 .为了将激光测头的测量值转换为测量机机器坐标系下的三维坐标值 ,建立了测量系统的几何模型 .利用测头等效法对几何模型进行标定 ,求出其中的未知矩阵 .利用迭代标定法消除了标定误差 ,使标定结果趋近于理想值 .
In this paper a non contact measuring system for free form surfaces is proposed based on coordinate measuring machine,PH10 probe head and laser triangulation probe.In order to transform the one dimensional values measured by a laser probe into a three dimensional values in world frame,the geometric model of the system is established,and the model is calibrated by using the method of probe equivalent.Another method,called iterative calibration,for eliminating calibration errors is also presented.By using this method the calibration result can converge to an ideal value.
