摘要
研究了精馏操作涉及的板式塔塔板上气液两相错流过程 ;通过分析气液两相的作用机理 ,建立了能够考虑气相增强液相湍动的塔板液相流场计算模型 .计算结果与实验结果能够描述筛孔塔板上液相的实际流动情况 .并与传质方程联立求解 ,给出了塔板上液相的浓度分析结果 .
A pseudo single fluid CFD model for describing the liquid phase flow on a column tray is presented,its computational results were in good agreement with the data of experimental measurements of local liquid velocity.The model predictions are confirmed by the authors measurement and the data available from the literature,both having high percentage of liquid phase circulation area.Furthermore,by solving simultaneously the CFD model and mass transfer equation,the concentration field on the tray was obtained for more reliable evaluation of the Murphree tray efficiency.
