摘要
研究聚丙烯 /尼龙 10 10 (PP/ PA10 10 =90 / 10 ,体积比 )的形态与力学性能关系 .应用在线光散射技术和扫描电镜考查了共混体系的背散射光斑的积分强度、相关距离和分散相的粒径分布 .结果表明 ,该体系在共混 1min以后形态趋于稳态 ,这一规律同时反映在材料的宏观力学性能上 .另外 。
In this paper,the morphology property relationship in polypropylene/polyamide1010 (PP/PA1010=90/10,volumetric ratio) is studied.By applying the on line light scattering technique,the correlation distance and particle distribution are discussed in this system.It is found that the significant changes in morphology occurred during the first 1 min of mixing.After that time,the morphology of PP/PA1010 blend went into a steady state.This trend was also reflected in the mechanical properties.In addition,the effective integral model gave a closer prediction to the experiments on the blends with a steady state morphology.
