摘要
在分析加工中心几何结构特点及运动特性的基础上 ,提出一种基于微机的实现加工中心运动仿真的方法 .该方法以二叉有向构造图和结构 -运动特性矩阵等概念为理论框架 ,突出特点是将加工中心的几何结构信息和运动方式信息统一在一个矩阵中 ,方便了运动仿真算法对数据的处理 .此外 ,还举例说明了该方法在 NC验证领域的应用 .
Based on the analysis of the geometrical structure and motion characteristics of a machining center,a new method for kinematical simulation of the machining center is presented in this paper.Two new notions,called structure bintree with direction and structure motion characteristics matrix,are used as the theoretical basis of the method.The major advantage is that this method unitizes the geometrical structure information and the kinematical mode information of the machining center into one matrix,which facilitates the algorithm of kinematical simulation to deal with data.An example is presented to illustrate the application of our method in NC verification.
