摘要
提出一种基于线结构光的回转式视觉测量系统 .首先介绍系统的组成和工作原理 ,建立了线结构光测头的数学模型 ,并用该系统对测头进行标定 ;然后确定转台的回转中心 ,实现了将测头二维测量值向被测物体三维坐标的转换 ;最后 ,给出了实际测量结果 .此系统能一次性完整测量任意工件的外表面 ,测量精度优于 0 .0 7mm.
A rotating measuring system based on structured light vision sensor is proposed.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the measuring system are introduced.The mathematical model of the structured light sensor is established and its parameters are calibrated on this system.In order to transform the 2 D results of the vision sensor to 3 D coordinates of the workpiece,the rotating axis of the rotary table should be determined.Finally,a practical example is given.The whole workpiece can be measured at one stroke.The accuracy of this system is better than 0.07 mm.
