催化动力学光度法测定痕量镍的研究

STUDIES ON THE CATALYTIC-KINETIC SPECTROPHOLOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF THE TRACE NICKEL

本文研究了在pH =8.8的Na2 B4 O7—HCl介质中 ,Ni(Ⅱ )催化H2 O2 氧化苯酚红褪色 ,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量Ni(Ⅱ )的新方法 .方法的线性范围 0～ 0 .0 2 μg/mlNi(Ⅱ ) ,检出限量为 4 .0× 1 0 - 10 g/ml,该法用于测定铝合金痕量Ni(Ⅱ ) 。

In this paper nickel cataly oxidation of phenol red by hydrogen peroxide in the Na 2B 4O 7-HCl butfer (pH=8.8).A new method for catalytic-kinetic spectrophotometric determination of trace nickel has been developed.The linear range of the method is 0～0.02 μg/ml and the limif of detection is 4.0×10 -10 g/ml.It has been used to determine trace nickel in alaminum alloy with satisfactory result.
