摘要
本文研究了在pH =1 0的NaHCO3—NaOH介质中 ,痕量铜对过氧化氢氧化甲酚红褪色反应有催化作用 ,据此建立一个催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法 .本法的线性范围为 0 .8~ 7.2 μg/L ,检测限为 2 .3× 1 0 - 10 g/ml,用于头发和自来水中痕量铜的测定时 。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining trace copper has been developed.The methol is based on a copper catalyzed redox reaction between cresol red and hydrogen peroxide in a medium bufferde to pH 10.00 with NaHCO 3-NaOH.The linear range of the method is 0.8~7.2 μg/L and the detection limit is 2.3×10 -10 g/L.The method has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in human hair and tapwater samples.
