Generalized subdiagonally dominant matrices is one of the main subjects studied in computational mathematics and matrix theory,and it has got widespread use in cybernetics.The sufficient and necessary conditions of real square matrix to be a generalized subdiagonally dominant matrices are given in the paper.Meanwhile a simple method of judging generalized subdiagonally dominant matrices is introduced.
