硫酸铁催化合成邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯

Studies on the Preparation of Dibutyl Phthalate with Ferric Sulphate as Catalyst

以硫酸铁为催化剂 ,合成了邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯。考察了影响酯化反应的各种因素。在最佳反应条件下 ,邻苯二甲酸的转化率可达 99.0 % ,精酯收率达 93 .1 %。

In this paper dibutyl phthalate was synthesized with ferric sulphate as catalyst.The influences such factors as the amount of the catalyst,namely ferric sulphate,the amount ofn butanol and the reacting time on esterification were studied.By comparative studies,the best conditions were the catalyst is 3% benzenic anhydride,the ratio of butanol to benzenic anhydride is 3:1,and the reacting time is 2h,and the corresponding conversion of phthalic anhydride reaches 99.0%,and the recovery of pure ester reaches 93 1%
