内蒙古的生态环境十分脆弱 ,成为制约内蒙古社会经济发展的重要因素 ,因此 ,抓住西部大开发的机遇 ,开发建设内蒙古 ,必须把生态建设放在重要位置 ,它不仅是开发建设内蒙古的重要组成部分 。

The environment of Inner Mongolia is very weak .It's already become the bottleneck of the social and ecnomical development of Inner Mongolia. Theerefor ,during the development of Western China ,we should grasp the chance to exploit and build Inner Mongolia. We must put the ecological construction in the important palce.It is not only the chief component part to exploit and build Inner Mongolia,but the most important safeguard.
