中国农村城市化的网络发展问题观

On the urbanization of countryside in China

中国农村城市化存在的问题是农村工业化和城市化未能同步发展 ,主要是乡镇企业分散布局造成的 .但乡镇企业的分散布局有其必然性 ,人为的使其集中难见成效 .应该从乡镇企业自身的特点出发 ,通过建立企业之间的网络联系使其自然聚集形成新产业区 ,在此基础上促进小城镇的发展 ,同时借助企业之间的网络联系将小城镇纳入城镇网络体系中 。

The paper presents the problem of the urbanization of countryside in China which is that the urbanization wasn't synchronized with its industrialization. The reason is the scattering distribution of the countryside enterprises. However the scattering distribution of the countryside enterprises has its own causes which cannot be affocted by the action of the authority. The paper hinks that new industrial district can be built up by the net connection of the enterprises according to the inherent quality of the countryside enterprises, on the basis of which to promote the development of the small cities and towns, and what is more, with the help of the net connection of the enterprises, the small cities and towns will be brought into the city net system and developped together.
