高效液相色谱柱后衍生化法检测蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂农药残留

Multiresidue Determination of Carbamate Insecticides in Vegetables with HPLC Post Column System, Fluoresense Detector

本文建立蔬菜中多种氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂残留分析方法。样品以丙酮、二氯甲烷混合溶剂提取 ,以活性炭/Celite545柱净化 ,以高效液相色谱柱后衍生系统、荧光检测器检测。方法最低检出浓度1～2μg/kg,添加回收率70%～111.1% ,相对标准偏差2.02%～12.09%。

A rapid and efficient method was developed for detecting carbamate insecticide residues in vegetables. Residues were extracted with mixture of acetone and dichlormathane, removed with charcol/Celite545 column, detected with HPLC post column direvatization system, fluoresense detector. Recovery ranged fron 70.0%～111.1%. Limit of determination ranged from 1～2μg/kg. RSD ranged 2.02%～12.09%.
