摘要
本文通过对延吉黄草沟旅游区的可行性研究和效益的评析，得出建立该景区不但在经济上是可行的，而且还可以取得显著的生态和社会效益。
Through feasibility study and the benefit - cost analysis on establishing tour area in Yanji Huangcaogo, we hold that it is practicable plan and notable results of the ecological and social can be achieved.
