摘要
The phylogenetic relationship was studied among three strains of Chinese laboratory miniature pig including Guizhou miniature pig,Guangxi Bama pig,Xishuangbanna inbred pig with RAPD of 100 single primers.39 polymorphic primers were selected out,in which 15 single could be used to distinguish among three strains,8 primers among Guizhou miniature pig and the other two,4 primers among Guangxi Bama miniature pig and the other two,12 primers among Xishuangbanna inbred miniature pig and the other two.By using 15 polymorphic primers,RAPD analysis showed the phylogenetic index was 0 780 between Guizhou and Guangxi Bama miniature,0 663 between Xishuangbanna inbred and Guizhou miniature Pigs.The results suggested that phylogenetic relationship was closer between Guizhou and Gangxi Bama miniature pigs than that between Xishuangbanna and the other two miniature pigs.
