腹膜后化学感受器瘤6例报告及文献复习

Retroperitoneal chemodectoma:6 cases report and review of the literature

目的提高对腹膜后化学感受器瘤的诊治水平。方法报道6例经病理证实的腹膜后化学感受器瘤的临床资料并复习有关文献。结果术前行CT或动脉造影检查,6例(男4例、女2例)均手术治疗,完全切除者4例,部分切除者1例,探查术1例。未切除2例分别于术后半年、2年死亡,4例切除者健在。结论CT、动脉造影可提高诊断率,手术切除是可根治性治疗方法。

Objective To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment for retroperitoneal chemodectoma (paraganglioma) Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with retroperitoneal chemodectoma confirmed by pathology were reported and the literature was reviewed. Results Most of the patients underwent CT or angiography examination.All patients (4 male,2 female) were treated with operation,which complete resection of the tumor was in 4 ,partial excision in 1 ,and explorative laparotomy in 1. 4 cases of complete resection were living and well.2 cases who failed to complete resection died 6 months and 2 years after operation respectively. Conclusion CT and angiography are useful for improving accurate diagnosis to the neoplasm.Only resection is the way of radical treatment for retroperitoneal chemodectoma.
