灵芝硒多糖SeGLP - 1由葡萄糖、甘露糖、木糖、半乳糖和鼠李糖组成 ,与灵芝多糖一样是由α -糖苷键连接的吡喃多糖 ,硒在多糖内极可能是以O =Se =O的形式结合。给移植肝腹水癌HCa -f的小鼠每日注射 5 0mg/kg的SeGLP - 1,15d后抑癌率可达 80 % ,说明SeGLP -
The polysaccharide containing selenium in Ganoderma lucidum (SeGLP-1), a kind of pyranose linked by α-glucoside bond as GLP-1, was isolated and purified from fermented mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum rich in selenium. Glu,Man,Xyl,Gal and Rha were identified as the components of SeGLP 1 by GC and TLC. The results from IR, 77 Se NMR, 13 C NMR and Laser Raman spectra showed that the selenium structure of SeGLP 1 activity center was O=Se=O,and CH 3 in OCH 3 group was substituted by selenium. SeGLP-1 could distinctly suppress the growth of tumor cell at a daily dosage of 50mg/kg supplied continuously for 15d with an anti HCa-f tumor rate of 80%. And it was confirmed in our experiment that the anti-tumor effect of SeGLP 1 was related to the changes of its molecular components and structure.
