母猪念亲行为生理生化变化及相关性研究

Correlativity between Yearning Relation Behaviour and Physiological and Biochemical Changes in Sows

对母猪念亲行为表现进行了大量的观察 ,同时对念亲行为与母猪体温、呼吸、脉搏、红细胞、白细胞、血小板、血钠、钾、钙、镁和磷变化的相关性进行了研究 .结果表明 ,从观察统计的 2 0 0 0余头母猪中具有此种行为的约占12 % ,其中情绪低落抑郁型母猪约占 8% ,情绪激怒兴奋型母猪约占 4 % .母猪念亲行为与体温、呼吸、脉搏均呈相关性 ,即抑郁型母猪的体温、呼吸、脉搏值均呈下降趋势 ,与自身断奶前和与对照比较 ,差异极显著 ;兴奋型母猪的体温、呼吸、脉搏值均呈上升趋势 ,与自身断奶前和与对照组比较 ,差异极显著 .念亲行为与血 Na,K,Ca和 Mg的变化密切相关 ,兴奋型组母猪其血 Na,K显著升高 ,抑郁型组母猪其血 Na,K显著降低而血 Ca,Mg显著升高 .RBC,WBC,BP和血

The correlativity between yearning relation behaviour in sows and T,R,P,RBC,WBC,BP,Na,K,Ca,Mg,P were studied.The results show that 12% of over 2 000 sows have yearning relation behaviour.Among them,8% are emotion lowering depression type and 4% are emotion infuriation excitement type.There is a correlation between yearning relation behaviour and T,R,P,namely,the values of T,R,P of depression type show a trend of decrease.The difference is extremely obvious when the values are compared with that of the control and that of themselves before weaning.Yearning relation behaviour is closely related to the changes of Na,K,Ca and Mg of blood.The contents of Na and K of blood increase notably in excitement type; the contents of Na and K of blood decrease and the contents of Ca,Mg of blood increase notably in depression type.But the values of RBC,WBC,BP and P of blood change little.
