铜-银双金属粉的制备与测定分析 被引量:6

摘要 为获得抗氧化微米级铜粉 ,采用置换反应法在铜粉表面镀银 ,研究了反应体系中明胶浓度、银氨浓度、反应温度对反应的影响 .所得粉末用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射进行表征 ,测得 SEM谱图存在铜和银的特征峰 ,表明其结构为表面点缀型 .XRD谱图存在铜、银的特征峰而无氧化亚铜的特征峰 ,表明镀银反应可制得具有常温抗氧化能力的铜 To obtain antioxidative micrometer copper powder.Copper was plated with silver by substitutional reaction method. The effects of concentrations of argentamine,concentration of gelatin,and reaction temperature on reaction were studied.The powders were examined by SEM and XRD.SEM spectra is containing Ag and Cu peak which shows Cu-Ag bimetallic powder structure is surface-decorating.XRD spectra is containing Cu,Ag peak and not Cu 2O peak,the result shows the powder was provided with normal temperature antioxidativity.
