摘要
为有效测定植物样品中低含量有机氟 ,在植物氟化物测定的常规方法 (酸碱浸提、氟离子选择电极法 )基础上 ,对植物样品加以碳化处理 ,选择不同的碳化温度及碳化时间 ,在 160℃下碳化 2 h,再由酸碱浸提油菜籽样品 ,用氟离子选择电极法测定 .其浸出率比常规方法高 3~ 5倍 ,且操作简单、快速 ,该方法相对标准偏差为 3 .9%~4 .9% ,全程加标回收率为 85 .0 %~ 92 .5 % .
In order to measure the low content of fluonc complex effectively,the new method was studied.The samples was treated with low temperature carbonizing,which is on the base of the common treatment(acid base digestion).The samples of rape seeds are first carbonized under the temperature of 160 ℃,and digested with acid base,then measured by the fluoride ion selective electrode.The relative standard deviation of this method is 3.9%~4.9%,and recovery efficiency is 85.0%~92.5%,the digestion efficiency of the method is 3~5 times than that of the common method.The new method is simple,quick and is suitable for detemination of low content of fluoncoorgaic compounds in plant.
