在运动平板试验前、后QT离散度测定的意义

The value of QT dispersion before and after the exercise stress test

目的 :探讨冠心病患者运动平板试验前、后 QT离散度 (QTd)和校正 QTd (QTcd)测定的意义。方法 :分析阳性组 44例 ,阴性组 5 1例在运动试验前、中 QTd、QTcd的变化。结果 :运动阳性组 (冠心病组 ) 6、 9分钟的QTd (34.2 0± 12 .73ms、 34.5 1± 11.2 9ms)和 QTcd (4 6 .10± 11.92 ms、 5 0 .6 0± 13.70 ms)比阴性组 QTd (2 4.0 1±7.5 2 ms、 2 0 .90± 7.2 1ms)和 QTcd(31.0 0± 10 .81m s、 31.80± 11.31ms)显著延长 (P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ,且比运动前QTd (2 4.0 9± 9.6 1ms)和 QTcd (2 7.6 8± 11.2 1ms)显著延长 (P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ;而阴性组运动前、后差异无显著性。结论 :QTd、QTcd可作为运动平板试验诊断冠心病心肌缺血的

Objective:To explore the value of QT dispersion (QTd) and correlated QTd (QTcd) before and after the exercise stress test in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:To analyze the change of QTd and QTcd between the positive group(44 cases)and negative group(51 cases) before and after the exercise stress test.Results:The QTd(34 20 ±12 73ms、34 51±11 29ms) and the QTcd(46 10±11 92ms、50 60±13 70ms) in 6、9th minute after exercise stress test of positive group (CHD group) were obviously longer than QTd(24 01±7 52ms、20 90±7 21ms)、QTcd(31 00±10 81ms、31 80±11 31ms) in negative group( P <0 05 , P <0 01),and longer than that (QTd 24 09±9 61ms, QTcd 27 68±11 21ms) before stress test.The difference of QTd、QTcd before and after exercise stress test in negative group was not significant( P >0 05).Conclusion:QTd、QTcd after exercise stress test are two sensitive and valuable index in diagnosing myocardial ischemia.
