高血压病合并糖尿病患者的心率变异分析

Comparison of heart rate variability in patients with essential hypertension and diabetes mellitus

目的 :探讨高血压病合并糖尿病患者的自主神经活动特点。方法 :对 46例健康者 ,5 9例原发性高血压(EH) ,2 7例糖尿病 (DM)和 14例 EH+ DM患者的心率变异性 (HRV)进行了对比研究。结果 :高血压病和糖尿病患者的心率变异性均低于正常人 ,以高血压病 +糖尿病患者降低最明显。结论 :高血压病、糖尿病患者的自主神经活动受损 ,高血压病 +糖尿病患者更加明显 ,其迷走神经张力降低 ,交感神经张力相对增高 。

Objective:To study autonomic nerve system character in patients with essential hypertension(EH) and diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:Compared the heart rate variability(HRV) of patients with EH (n=59),DM (n=27),EH+PM (n=14) and 46 normal controls.Results:The HRV of EH and DM patients were lower than that of the normal controls,and it of EH+DM patients was the lowest.Conclusion:The autonomic never system function of EH and DM patients are damaged,its damaged of EH+DM patients is the most,and the probability of cardiogenic sudden death is higher.
