摘要
在培养基中加入 0 .1～ 0 .2 mg/L浓度的多效唑 ( MET) ,啤酒花试管苗植株矮壮 ,单株生根数量增加、移栽成活率提高 1 3%。 0 .5～ 2 .0 mg/L时 ,试管苗基部愈伤组织增多 ,枝叶失绿 ,生长受到抑制。
Treated with 0.1~0.2 mg/L MET in medium,regenerated tube plantl et of Humulus lupulus L.grew short and dumpy,number of each plantlet root increased,survival rate of transplant improved 13%.Treated with 0.5~2.0 mg/L MET,tube plantlets developed callus greatly,lost chlorophyll and growth was restrained.The effect of MET was directly correlated with the concentration of glucose.
