15例艾滋病患者死亡原因调查分析

Fifteen Obituary Cases of HTV Infected were Investigated and Analysed in Shantou City

目的:了解艾滋病感染者死亡的流行病学特征及临床特点。方法:对艾滋病感染者进行流行病学调查、追踪,收集死亡病例的流行病学及临床资料进行分析。结果:15例感染HIV的死亡病例,主要通过境外性接触感染。临床主要表现为消耗综合征,肺部、消化道、口腔、皮肤的条件性感染及腹部肿瘤。最后多因机体严重消耗、多脏器损害死亡。结论:提高医务人员对艾滋病的诊疗水平,是及时诊治和管理HIV感染者及艾滋病病人的关键。

Objective:To investigate on epidemiologic feature and clinical trait of obituary cases of HIV infected in Shantou city. Methods: Obituary case widi HIV infected were collected and analysed . Results: Fifteen obitruay cases of HIV were mosdy infected by sexual contact outside China. The clinic exhibition was mosdy wasting syndrome, lung, alimentary canal, oral cavity, skin opportunity infection and abdomen tumour. Most of them died of the severity of wasting syndrome and damage of many viscera. Conclusion: It is important to promition medical education in whole society, and take good care to HIV infected case.
