利多卡因、阿托品联合应用于产程中宫颈水肿

Combination of lidocaine,atropine for cervix edema during the labor

目的 正确处理产程中宫颈水肿 ,以减少剖宫产率。方法 对 96例产程中出现宫颈水肿产妇行利多卡因、阿托品宫颈封闭。结果 宫颈水肿减轻至消失 ,加速了宫颈扩张 ,缩短了产程。结论 利多卡因、阿托品宫颈封闭治疗产程中宫颈水肿效果肯定 ,避免了剖宫产手术 。

Objective To manage correctly the cervix edema during the labor and reduce cesarean rate.Methods Lidocaine and atropine were used to block the cervix in 97 case of cervix edema during the labor.Results The cervix edema was lightened or disappeared.The cervix expended quickly and the labor time reduced.Conclusion Lidocaine and atropine can be used to block the cervix for treating cervix edema during labor to reduce cesaream rate.
