恶性肿瘤患者血清中α1-酸性糖蛋白检测的临床价值

Clinical significance of detecting serum α1 acid glycoprotein in patients with malignant tumor

目的 探讨 α1-酸性蛋白 (AAG)在恶性肿瘤中的改变。方法 用免疫比浊法检测恶性肿瘤患者血清中 AAG含量。结果 与对照组相比 ,恶性肿瘤患者血清中 AAG差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,放化疗后 AAG差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 血清中 AAG可作为判断恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断指标 ,并可作为治疗效果监控的参数之一。

Objective To investigate the change of serum α1 acid glycoprotein (AAG) in patients with malignant tumor.Methods The concentration of serum AAG were detected by immunoturbidimetry in patients with malignant tumor.Results The results showed that the concentration of serum AAG in malignant tumor patients were significantly higher than that in normal control( P <0.05).No significant differentiation was found after radiotherapy and chemotherapy( P >0.05).Conclusion The serum AAG can be a supplementary diagnostic marker of judging malignant tumor and one of the parameters in monitoring the curative effect.
