Extraction of intraocular foreign bodies trans-posterior sclera after CT localization

目的讨论眼球后极部异物的定位及手术方式的选择。方法总结本院一例眼球后极部异物的诊断及治疗经过。结果成功经后巩膜径路取出眼球后极部异物,患者视功能基本未受损害。结论采用CT定位经后巩膜径路取出眼球后极部异物是一种较好的诊疗手段。

Objective To discuss the localization and surgical treatment of intraocular foreign bodies. Methods The data of a patient with intraocular foreign body was analyzed retrospectively.The details of the localization and surgical treatment were introduced Results The intraocular foreign body was extracted successfully,with no damage to the visual function of the patient. Conclusion CT localization and extraction of intraocular foreign bodies trans-posterior sclera can make good result to the patients with intraocular foreign bodies.
