摘要
通过对敲除磷脂酶 C-γ1基因的细胞株及其转染磷脂酶 C-γ2 基因后克隆形成能力的统计学分析揭示出磷脂酶 C-γ2 有显著的促克隆形成作用 ,磷脂酶 C-γ1作用微小 ,但与磷脂酶 C-γ2 有协同作用 ,提示磷脂酶C-γ2 与 γ1在功能上有一定的交互性、冗余性 ,但不可相互取代 .
By statistical analyses of the clonogenicity indices of phospholipase C γ 1 gene knocked out fibroblast cell line and phospholipase C γ 2 gene vector transfected cell line, we found that phospholipase C γ 2 shew a strong positive regulator effect on the fibroblast induced. The effect of phospholipase C γ 1 alone was very poor but could cooperate with phospholipase C γ 2. This study also showed a certain functional redundancy in these two enzymes, however they had no compensation for each other.
