摘要
在马洛斯的需要层次理论指导下,根据住院患者的心理特点和烧伤患者的特点,将住院烧伤患者的健康教育需求归纳为健康、安全、适应、归属、安抚、信息、刺激、尊重8个层次,并在各层次中罗列出具体内容。为了使临床健康教育工作更具有针对性、实用性,对216例住院烧伤患者,就健康教育内容的需求进行调查分析,并对相关内容进行探讨,以期更好地做好临床健康教育工作。
Based on the Measles's theory, we divided the need for health education in burn patients into 8 laminas: health, safety, adaptation, belonging,consolation, information, stimulation and re-spect. To make health education more specific and practical,we analyzed the related components in each lamina in hope of exercising the health education more effectively.
