摘要 高频振荡通气临床应用时可使患者咳痰量增多,咳痰相对容易,这一现象表明高频振荡气流可能有促进呼吸道粘液清除的作用。对高频振荡通气的理论基础及临床应用、高频振荡气流对呼吸道粘液清除的作用作一综述。 Patients who receive high frequency oscillation ventilation (HFOV) therapy are easy to clear their airway mucus and experience copious sputum production. This helps the clinical nurses study new and efficient way of chest physiotherapy. By summarizing the clinical experience and re-viewing the related literature, we discuss high frequency oscillation as a new chest physiotherapy for airway mucociliary clearance.
