RDW对巨幼细胞性贫血疗效观察

Clinical Significance of Measure RDW in Patients with Nutrious Megaloblastic Anemia

目的 探讨红细胞体积分布宽度的动态测量对营养性巨幼细胞性贫血患者疗效的临床意义。方法 应用COULTER AC Tbiff全自动血细胞计数分析仪测定 2 6例营养性巨幼红细胞贫血患者在不同时间采集的末梢抗凝血。结果 营养性巨幼细胞性贫血患者在给予叶酸和 /或VB1 2 后 ,红细胞分布宽度均明显升高 ,尽管出现高峰时间不同 ,但最终都趋于降低 ,接近正常水平。结论 观察红细胞体积分布宽度的动态变化 。

Objective Through dynamic measure red blood cell volume distribution width(RDW), To know about clinical significance of observing the curative effect to nutrious megaloblastic anemia(MA) patients. Methods We measured 26 nutrious MA patients' distal anticoagulant blood at different time by COULTER AC T biff automatic blood cell counter matching. Results RDW was increased obviously after nutrious MA patients were given with folic acid and/or VB 12 . RDW's peak appeared at different time, all the patients' RDW became low ,as it meaning became normal level. Conclution Through observing RDW's dynamic change , may view nutrious MA patients' curative effect.
