大剂量皮质激素治疗危重型哮喘28例分析

Clinical Analysis on 28 Patients with Severe Type of Bronchial Asthma Treated by Large Dose of Corticosteroids

目的 :观察大剂量皮质激素治疗重症哮喘的疗效。方法 :病人随机分成两组 ,治疗组 2 8例重症哮喘患者用大剂量琥珀酸氢化可的松持续静脉滴注 (10 0 0 - 2 380mg/ 2 4小时 ) ,持续 (1- 3)天 ,对照组 18例给予一般剂量静滴 (40 0 - 80 0mg/ 2 4小时 )。结果 :治疗组呼吸困难减轻 ,哮鸣音消失 ,呼吸衰竭纠正 ,肺功能明显改善 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of large dose of corticosteroids on severe type of bronchial asthma.Methods:46 patients with severe type of bronchial asthma were divided into two groups randomly,the therapeutic group (28 cases) treated by large dose of hydrocortisone (1000-2380mg perday)venus transfusion for 1-3 days,the control group (18 cases) treated by general dose of hydrocortisone (400-800mg per day)venus transfusion.Results:The dyspnea was reduced,the voice of asthma disappeared,the respiratory failure was redressed the,functions of lung was improved absolutely in the therapeutic group.There was a great contrast to the control group.(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is confirmed there are definite efficacies that severe type of bronchial asthma are treated by large dose of hydrocortisone venus transfusion.\;
