法莫替丁三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡疗效观察

Triple Therapy with Famotidine Amoxicillin and Furazolidone for Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori Infection in Potients with Duodenal Ulcer

目的 :探索根除率高、价廉、安全实用的HP根除方案。方法 :80例十二指肠溃疡患者 ,随机分为二组 :A组 40例 ,以法莫替丁 2 0mg ,每日 2次、阿莫西林 5 0 0mg ,每日 3次、呋喃唑酮 10 0mg ,每日 2次 ,疗程 14天 ;B组 ,40例 ,奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,每日 2次、阿莫西林 5 0 0mg ,每日 3次、甲硝唑 40 0mg ,每日 3次 ,疗程 7天 ,抗HP治疗结束后 1个月复查胃镜并检测HP。结果 :A、B组的HP根除率分别为 89.5 %、92 5 % ,十二指肠溃疡愈合率为 90 .8%、93.8% ,副反应发生率为 7.5 %、12 .5 % ,两组间无显著性差异性 ,而A、B两组每例抗HP所需费用分别为 72元、2 5 7元。结论 :方案A是根除HP有效、安全、实用、价格低廉的措施。

Purpose To explore the optiroal regiments for the eradication for the exadication of HP.Methods:Eighty Patients with HP associcated duodenal ulcer were divided into two groups.Groups A(n=40) were treated with triple therapy of famotidine 20mg bid、Amoxici llin 500mg tid、furazolidone 100mg bid for 2 weeks.Group B were treated with Omeprazole 20mg bid、Amoxicillin 500mg tid、Flagyl 400mg tid for 1 week,one monthes after anti-HP therapy endoscop and examination of HP were repeated.Result:The eradication rates of Hp in group A、B were 89.5%、92.5%。The healing rates of active ulcer in group A,Bwere 90.8%,93.8%.The occurrence of side effects in group A、B were 7.5%、12.5%.Result of the two groups show no significant difference (P>0.05)。Conclusion:the two triple therapies are highly effective in the eradication of Hp infection and healing of active ulcer.But the A is practical,because the fewer side effects,iower lost and no resistance of Hp strains.\;
