研究银杏叶中总黄酮苷的HPLC法分析水解条件。结果表明 :1g银杏叶甲醇提取物溶于 30ml甲醇中 ,加入 5ml 8 3mol·L-1的HCl,于 (85± 1)℃水浴水解 6 0min ,此法则得槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素的回收率分别为 10 1 4%、10 2 %、98%。
