B型超声波在80例滑囊炎诊断中的应用

Application of ultrasound in diagnosis of 80 cases of bursitis

对 8 0例四肢大关节处滑囊炎进行定位诊断 ,其中肘部 7例 ,臀部 5例 ,膝前部 18例 ,窝部 48例 ,足踝部 2例 ,均经手术、穿刺及病理证实。超声诊断与手术符合率 95 %。通过讨论滑囊炎的影像表现及滑囊与关节腔的关系 ,认为滑囊炎的定位诊断 。

According to echogram characteristics of muscles, tendons, bursac and other soft tissue image, ultrasonic locaolization diagnosis of bursitis had been made for 80 cases included 7 elbow, 5 buttock, 18 prepatella, 48 popliteal, and 1 foot arc. All these cases had been verified by either operation, needle puncture or pathology. The coincidence rate is 95%. It is of important significance for therapeutic planning.
