摘要
目的 建立右旋糖酐4 0 葡萄糖注射液细菌内毒素的检测方法。方法 考察右旋糖酐4 0 葡萄糖注射液对细菌内毒素检测方法的干扰作用 ,依据中国药典 2 0 0 0版的要求进行试验。结果 将右旋糖酐4 0 葡萄糖注射液稀释 2倍 ,用灵敏度为 0 2 5EU·ml-1的鲎试剂进行细菌内毒素的检测方法检测是可行的。结论 该方法可用于右旋糖酐4 0
AIM To inspect of feasibility of bacterial endotoxin for dextran 40 glucose injection. METHODS Inhibition and enhancement test of Chinese Pharmacopeia 2000. RESULTS The test was not disturbed by these samples. CONCLUSIONS Dextran 40 glucose injection can be tested with the tachypleus amebocyte lysate that sentivity with 0 25 EU·ml -1 .
