左室舒张功能失调对其运动耐力的影响

摘要 超声心动图探测糖尿病患者早期左室舒张功能改变 ,应用踏车运动试验观察左室舒张功能失调对其运动量的影响。结果 :糖尿病伴舒张功能失调患者 ,与舒张功能正常者比较 ,其运动时间明显减少 ( 9 5± 2 1vs 1 3 4± 1 5min ,P <0 0 5 ) ,METs显著下降 ( 1 0 6± 1 8vs1 2 3± 1 2 ,P <0 0 5 )。相关分析表明 :peakA/E与运动时间及METs呈负相关 (r=-0 6 4 8,P <0 ,0 1 ;r=-0 6 6 4 ,p <0 0 1 ) ,Ai/Ei也与运动时间及METs呈负相关 (r=-0 5 6 8、p <0 0 1 ;r=-0 5 82 ,p <0 0 1 )。结论 :糖尿病左室舒张功能失调患者的运动耐力显著下降 ,且程度与运动耐力呈负相关 ,为糖尿病心肌病亚临床表现。
