摘要
目的研究乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒对结直肠癌组织中血小板反应蛋白2(TSP2)基因表达的影响。方法运用RTPCR技术对18例乙肝病毒感染、25例非乙肝病毒感染的结直肠癌切除标本测定TSP2的表达,比较两组间的差异性。结果乙肝病毒感染组癌组织中的TSP2阳性表达率为56%,明显高于非乙肝病毒感染组的24%(P<0.05。结论乙肝病毒感染者结直肠癌组织中的TSP2表达上调,从而可能降低结直肠癌肝转移的发生。
Objective To examine the effect of hepatitis B v irus(HBV)on thrombospondin 2(TSP-2)expression in colorectal cancer.Methods TSP-2expression was determined by r everse transcription polymerase chain rea ction(RT-PCR)in colorectal cancer tissues of 18HBV-infected patients and25non-HBV-infected ones.Results The positive rate of TSP-2expressio n in HBV-infected patients was56%and that in non-HBV-infected was24%,which was significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusions HB virus increases TSP-2expression in colorectal cancer and may play a ro le in the decrease of liver metastasis.
