摘要
目的 对复印作业场所中O_3、NO_x进行定量分析;探讨其对人体氧化和过氧化反应的影响。方法 对15个复印场所空气进行监测;对39例复印作业者和39例健康成人血清的总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和脂质过氧化物丙二醇(MDA)进行检测。结果 ①复印作业场所开机后O_3、NO_x的浓度显著高于开机前(P<0.01);②复印作业组血清中MDA、SOD显著高于对照组(P<0.01),总抗氧化能力显著低于对照组(P<0.01);③O_3浓度水平与MDA呈正相关(P<0.01);④O_3浓度和复印作业工龄与总抗氧化能力呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 复印作业场所存在O_3、NO_x的污染,复印作业者体内的氧化和过氧化反应加剧,且O_3和复印工龄与其有一定的相关关系。
Objective The paper is to quantitative analysis of copying operation places on 03 and NOx. And also, it is to study the effects of copying operator on oxidation and peroxidadon.Methods In 15 copying places, gas was monitored.Total antioxygentic capacity (TAOC), Superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), malonic dialdehyde (MDA) contents in serum were measured in 39 copying operation and 39 healthy subjects.Results 1.In copying places, the average values of O3, NOx under operating condition were significantly higher than those of under off- operating condition (P < 0.01 ). 2.The average values of MDA and SOD in serum of copying operator group were significantly higher than those of the health subject group ( P < 0.01), TAOC of copying operator group were significantly lower than those of the healthy subject group ( P < 0.01 ). 3.There was positive correlation between the value of O3 and MDA ( P < 0.01 ). 4.There were negative correlation between Oj and those of TAOC and length of service of copying operator (P < 0.01 ). Condutions There are pollution on O3 and NOx in copying operation places. It is suggested that oxidation and peroxidation in copying operator may be aggravated, and, there is certain correlation negatives between O3 and length of service of copying operator.
