含卤素阴离子消毒剂对纯钛表面影响的扫描电镜观察

Effects of chemical disinfectants on the surface strufture of pure titanium

目的：观察含卤素阴离子消毒液（８４、山花及２％腆伏消毒液）对纯钛表面的影响。方法：将钝化的纯钛试件分别浸泡在２％碘伏及８４、山花消毒液中保持１５、３０、６０ｍｉｎ。时照组置于蒸馏水中，取出冲洗，扫描电镜观察。结果：纯钛试件浸泡在 ２％碘伏及 ８４、山花消毒液中 １５、３０、６０ｍｉｎ，扫描电镜观察表面无损害改变 结论：临床上可选用２％碘伏及８４、山花消毒液对纯钛进行表面消毒。

Objective: To study the effects of compound halogen-containing solutions (84, shan hua and 2% iodophors) on the surface structure of pure titanium.Methods: The pure titanium specimens treated with 40% nitric acid were put into 84, shan hua and 2% iodophors disinfectant and kept for 15min,30min and 60min respectively. Control samples were immersed in distilled water. The results of each specimen surface were evaluated by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Results: The SEM indicated no detrimental changes on the pure titanium after treatment by compound halogen-containing solutions for 15 to 60 minutes. Conclusions: 84, shan hua and 2% iodophors disinfectant should be used to sterilize the pure titanium.
