摘要
目的:观察含卤素阴离子消毒液(84、山花及2%腆伏消毒液)对纯钛表面的影响。方法:将钝化的纯钛试件分别浸泡在2%碘伏及84、山花消毒液中保持15、30、60min。时照组置于蒸馏水中,取出冲洗,扫描电镜观察。结果:纯钛试件浸泡在 2%碘伏及 84、山花消毒液中 15、30、60min,扫描电镜观察表面无损害改变 结论:临床上可选用2%碘伏及84、山花消毒液对纯钛进行表面消毒。
Objective: To study the effects of compound halogen-containing solutions (84, shan hua and 2% iodophors) on the surface structure of pure titanium.Methods: The pure titanium specimens treated with 40% nitric acid were put into 84, shan hua and 2% iodophors disinfectant and kept for 15min,30min and 60min respectively. Control samples were immersed in distilled water. The results of each specimen surface were evaluated by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Results: The SEM indicated no detrimental changes on the pure titanium after treatment by compound halogen-containing solutions for 15 to 60 minutes. Conclusions: 84, shan hua and 2% iodophors disinfectant should be used to sterilize the pure titanium.
