CHONDROMODULIN-一族新的软骨特异性生长因子 被引量:1

摘要 软骨调节素(chondromodulin,CHM)是一族新发现的软骨特异性生长因子,分为CHM-I、CHM-Ⅱ和CHM-Ⅲ三种。CHM-Ⅰ是CHM家族中效应最强的一种软骨特异性生长因子,它不仅是一种软骨细胞生长刺激因子,而且是一种血管内皮细胞生长抑制剂,同时刺激成骨细胞生长. 在体内,CHM-Ⅰ对细胞外微环境、生长因子信号、细胞生长刺激和细胞分化状态进行调控。CHM-Ⅱ和CHM-Ⅲ的生物效应弱于CHM-Ⅰ。CHM-Ⅱ可以刺激软骨细胞的生氏、增殖和分化,同时还可以刺激成骨细胞和破骨细胞的生长和分化,但它并不抑制血管发生。CHM-Ⅲ并不是-种生长因子,但核糖体蛋白的超高等电点PH值可诱导软骨细胞的错误刺激。因此,CHM家族是软骨内特异性蛋白,它们作为软骨自分泌因子,顺序调节了软骨内骨化的发生。
