Investigating on Theory Knowledge of Management in Clinical Section Director

目的 :为了解军队医院科室主任对管理理论知识的掌握情况。方法 :对某大型综合性医院 4 8名临床科主任的管理知识采用了问卷式调查。结果 :临床科主任获得管理知识的途径全都是自学 ;管理学理论知识欠缺 ,而业务管理知识较好。结论 :建议应重视临床科主任管理理论知识的培训。

Objective:To understand that the section director in the military hospital should grip the situation of the management theory knowledge. Methods: The questionnaire investigation should be adopted to the management of the clinical section director 48 persons in some large polyclinic.Results: It is all self study that the approach of the clinical section director should get the management knowledge. The management theory knowledge is deficient, but the operation management knowledge is more preferably.Conclusion: The training of the management theory knowledge should be regard in the clinical section director.
