To inquire into the standardization management of the engaged nurses should be actualized, it is expounded in this article that the quasi militarization management should be actualized to take the serviceman as the templet; the competition mechanism should be led and the competition mount guard should be actualized; the leading consciousness should be set and the retraining of the engaged nurses should be done well. The experience should be provided for the standardization management of the engaged nurses being actualized in the military hospital.
