增益汤提高癌症患者免疫功能的临床研究

Clinical Study of Zeng Yi Decoction to Improve Cancer Patients' Immune Function

目的：观察中药方剂增益汤对癌症患者免疫功能的增强作用。方法：将癌症患者１３２例随机分为治疗组６７例和对照组６５例，治疗组加“增益汤”，对照组不加。中药汤剂服１个月，西医治疗手段雷同，两组分别在治疗前后检查有关免疫指标，进行对比。结果：两组在治疗前后分别检测免疫指标ＩｇＡ、ｌｇＧ、ｌｇＭ，可溶性白细胞介素－２受体水平，白细胞ｒＤＮＡ值，ＣＤ３、ＣＤＯ、ＣＤ８、ＮＫ细胞值等，两组检测结果差异具显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：中药增益汤能增强癌症患者的免疫功能。

Objective: To observe the effects of Zeng Yi Decoction to improve cancer patients' immune function. Method: 132 patients were randomly devided into two groups 67 cases were under the therapeutic group, 65 cases under the control group. The therapeatic group patients were added Zeng Yi Decoction, while the control group patients were not. Both group. The therapeatic group patients were added Zeng Yi Decoction, while the control group patients were groups were tested and compared separately for the immune indexes. Result: Before and after the therapy, the following immune indexes of the two groups were tested IgA、Igg、IgM, soluble IL-2, receptor levels, r DNA of white cell levels, CD3、CD4、CD8 NK cell levels and so on, and all the above were more boviously different (P<0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion: Chinese medicine Zeng Yi Decoction can really improve the cancer patients' immune fuuction.
