脑萎缩的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 脑萎缩是一种常见的老年性疾病,严重影响老年人的生命健康。脑萎缩的病因和发病机理非常复杂,多种疾病和因素均可以引起脑萎缩。影像学以及病理检查可以早期发现并确诊脑萎缩的发生。到目前为止,尚无有效的治疗方法。本文着重综述了脑萎缩发病机理中遗传因素、脑缺血缺氧、免疫感染、神经毒素等因素的作用机制以及病理、影象学和治疗方面的进展。
