极低密度脂蛋白与糖尿病脂代谢紊乱 被引量：1

摘要 极低密度脂蛋白是一种血浆脂蛋白,它对糖尿病脂代谢有显著影响。糖尿病脂代谢紊乱时,极低密度脂蛋白改变明显,可能是通过胰岛素抵抗与胰岛素作用障碍,脂蛋白酯酶活性下降,肿瘤坏死因子及其他相关因素的作用来实现的。
