摘要
鞣制铬盐和含二羟基二苯砜的合成单宁的复合物在一定温度下被加热,在不同的加热时间点取样。通过稀释稳定性试验,TLC、TLCS、CIEG、蓝皮的复鞣和染色研究所取样的性能。试验结果表明,当复合物被加热后,由于铬(Ⅲ)和合成单宁的配位作用,其小分子量部份的量减少。不同大小的分子分布更合理,用其复鞣再经染色的革,有更好的手感和表面着色强度。但是,当加热时间过长时,上述效果适得其反。
Acomplex of Chrome tanning agent with the Syntan containing dihydroxy diphenylsulphone was heated at a ceitain temperature,some samples were taken out of it at different heated periods of time.The sam ples were studied by dilute stable test,TLC, TLCS,CIEC,retanning and dyeing of blueskins.It was found that when the complex was heated,amount of the part of low molecular weight was decreased,it had more even distri- bution of molecular weight owing to complexing of chrome(Ⅲ) with the syntan,the skin retanned with it had better handle and stronger dyeing than it had before.But,when the heated period was longer than a ceitain one,behavior that were described above went to opposite direction.
