摘要 目的 观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rhEGF)对小型猪全层皮肤缺损创面的修复作用。方法 在2只猪背部钻48个圆孔(12孔/组),制成全层皮肤缺损创面,隔天分别用rhEGF和生理盐水滴入及用磺胺嘧啶银-锌霜(SDAg-Zn霜)涂抹创面1次。结果 各组创面肉芽组织生长明显,术后4天rhEGF组肉芽组织填充量达60%,与SDAg-Zn霜组差异显著(P<0.05)。rhEGF组创面收缩比SDAg-Zn霜组略小(P>0.05)。rhEGF组创面上皮化率稍优于SDAg-Zn霜组和盐水对照组(P>0.05)。结论 rhEGF对促进全层皮肤缺损创面肉芽组织和上皮生长以及减少创面收缩有一定作用。 Objective To observe the repair effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor( rhEGF) on full thickness skin wounds in the mini pigs. Methods 48 round holes ( 12 wound / group ) of full thickness were performed on the backs of 2 pigs. They were treated repectively with rhEGF 1μg/ml, rhEGF 10μg/ml, sulfapyrimidine silver zinc cream(SDAg-Zn) and physiological saline once every other day. Results The growth of granulation tissue in all wounds were significant. The wounds treated with rhEGF were 60% filled with granulation tissue and there were a significant difference compared with the SDAg-Zn treated wounds (P <0. 05). The wounds in rhEGF group contracted-more slightly than those in SDAg-Zn group with no significant difference ( P > 0. 05). And the epithelizational rates in rhEGF group were better compared with those in SDAg-Zn group and salt solution group. Conclusions The results indicated that rhEGF had positive effect in promoting the growth of granulation tissue and the epithelium growth as well as in reducing wound contraction.
